Why don't you take a normal sprite, with a proper .gif

what is proper.gif becuas i very new to this flash 8 progie

um, how about something not blury or so small? That animation was only one second long, so I really can't tell what was what with it. Also, fix your grammar.

when you save things as a gif, (with the right program) its animated. that is, if its animated gif. otherwise, gif is just another save type.
