I've heard this users name before, and I JUST saw a custom sonic sprite sheet on google and was wondering if it was his.

well, uh
his name is on it
in very large letters
along with the large banzai bill that he used in all of his credit tags
and his email address is on it
so i'd say that yes, it probably very likely was made by him.
