I think he means the anticlimactic Nintendo conference...
or was it obvious?
He's mad at the Majora's Mask trailer being fake. Because I have the same reason to be mad.
halo 4 looks promising...
too bad im not gonna buy a xbox 360
Hey look I was right
Ubisoft still wins E3.
I'm entirely apathetic towards the Wii U now.
I'm looking forward to the 3DS conference tomorrow, though.
Metaru, no
the 3ds lite will come first.
the 3DS is already lite. thank you very much.
also once more, the PC master race win at the e3.
This thread just keeps getting more and more depressing.
I QUIT.
how is nobody talking about watch dogs in this thread
Because we all know it's the best game at the show and there's nothing to discuss.
Now what I'm wondering is, Nintendo have announced that they will make it possible to transfer games from Wii to Wii U, but they aren't sure how yet.
My guess for the reasoning of not being sure is because the Wii was hacked so easily. Why is this important?
You can install Virtual Console and WiiWare games in about 2 minutes. You can install thousands of those bastards in quick succession.
Meaning if there is a direct link-up to the Wii U using this system, and you just transfer the games using this method, you'll have a TONNE of free games on your new system. And the other benefit? You can install more games to the Wii, and transfer them again to the Wii U.
I never registered an account on my Wii (I think? I really don't remember) so this means there's a serious problem for someone like me if they decide to go with the Club Nintendo route. They really need to make it literally a transfer from the physical console to the other physical console.
The other thing that I noticed is that Nintendo are going to need to make sure their security on the Wii U is tight as heck. Because if it's not, the fact that you can use USB storage for your games? That's going to be one simple as means of getting games off your console, and on to a computer.
Correct me if I'm wrong as I haven't read up on the scene lately, but don't the 360's DD games work exactly that way?
I havent heard anything about XBLA piracy, and I'm pretty sure you can use a usb stick as a storage device for that stuff.
You can, yes, and since that happened, some of the 360 scene learnt how to pirate some of those games too on legit console.
They require modification from people who know what they're doing, but there is a means of running some games with no effort on the pirateer's part.
With the RGH or JTAG hack, you can just transfer to your hard drive anyway and run unsigned code, and unlock XBLA game demos.
No, wait, forget everything, Nintendo won
