I decided that since it was possible to rip from Mario Sunshine using the same procedure as for Wind Waker, I'd just go ahead and get Sunshine out of the way.

I tried to upload the first part to see if it would go through, but it didn't and I don't understand why when it's exactly 30MB... Stupid picky system.
Is there any way you could pull a few files from the first part and add them to the second part so you won't have to split the sounds three ways? :X
Alright, the game is on the list, but it says no files when it's clicked on...
Yeah, I had to add the game in order to upload the sounds, but I guess I forgot to delete it when I found that I couldn't upload it. It's gone now.
It's all good. They're now up!
Erm, I hate to report a problem, but Peardian (the TMR mod) told me that the following sound files are glitchy/messed up:
- 160-169
- 184
- 21B
- 21C
- Scene 0 - A8
- A9-AC
- Scene 16 - A0-A4
It's no fault of yours, as they were already like that because of how the game stores sounds. You'll have remove them though because if you listen to them you can tell they're pretty unusable. Sorry that you have to update these again!
