I HAVE OFFICIALLY FINISHED!
Ocks (his official name now) has every action complete! Even if this project is on standby or hold at the moment, I've finally completed the sheet.
If this is still being worked on, here's some info for my character:
Ocksford (Ocks)
He's meant to be the faster, weaker character.
Moveset is based around using random items and objects in battle.
Light and quick, but moves don't pack as much of a punch.
Out of 15 *s:
Health: ****
Attack: **
Defense: **
Speed: ****
Jump: ***
I also have all of the moves with explanations.
Idle--Basic Idle pose. Hup hup hup hup
Forward Run--Ocks runs away frantically. It should be at this speed--it looks more normal when in motion. Ideally should be one of the faster fighters.
Backward Run--Spins away from danger! Can also be used as a parry if necessary.
Duck
Jump--Is used for both vertical jump and jumping forward.
Back Jump--Ocks floats back on a balloon! Lasts the same length as a normal back jump; the landing sprite is the same as falling for the forward jump, and the balloon simply floats offscreen. Four possible balloons are used--everytime the player jumps back, a random one is selected.
Punch 1--Ocks hits the opponent with a frying pan (with Eggs and Bacon!)
Punch 2--Classic Glove slap
Punch 1+2--two moves in succession.
>Punch--SMAAAASH!! A reference of the Earthbound critical hit. Even with a baseball bat!
<Punch--Ocks pulls a carpet from under the opponent and knocks them off their feet. Also acts as ducking for the first part in that it can evade a move and then knock the opponent off of his/her feet.
Duck Punch--Ocks jabs the opponent with a rapier-looking sword. Can be used in succession quickly, but fairly weak.
Jump Punch--While in the air, Ocks throws a variety of items down. Items can be either a bowling ball, beach ball, or watermelon. Each one acts exactly the same--it's more for variety (and that I couldn't choose between the three :U). Randomly selected similar to the balloons in the back jump. If possible, the items are dropped in a simple arch, but upon hitting something (enemy, wall, ground) they bounce a little bit off of the target like shown in the example. Attack can also serve as a little boost in the air, like a quasi double jump.
Kick 1--Dramatic spin kick. I was thinking of the beginning of this video (kind of).
Kick 2--Ocks gives his opponent the boot.
Kick 1+2--both dramatic foot flails in succession.
>Kick--Ocks uses a marching band tuba to blow his opponent away.
<Kick--The opponent is suspended in the air momentarily by a bubble. A hurt frame is simply used while in the bubble.
Duck Kick--Ocks performs a YOUTH ROLL to escape his opponent. When reversed, the text needs to be overlayed on top so it isn't mirrored. A reference to Andrew Hussie's webcomic Homestuck.
Jump Kick--Ocks performs a sicknasty skateboard stunt in the air and lands on his opponent. Works similar to a ground pound in SSB.
Defend--Ocks cleverly hides behind a clone cardboard cutout. They'll never know the difference!
Duck Defend--It's a pun. Duck.
Jump Defend--shield the face!
Special 1--Ocks jumps on a rocket pencil and flies quickly until he crashes into something. Hitting an opponent slams them into the wall (and carries them there if far away enough). The move doesn't cancel, though--so hitting the wall will also hurt Ocks slightly.
Special 2--Ocks burns with passion, roasting any opponent lucky enough to be captivated by his stare. Hold the attack too long, though, and he ends up burning himself. I don't know what the length capacity is; maybe 3 seconds? It deals small amounts of damage for as long as the enemy is within range (think fire flower).
Special 3--Ocks lifts a giant statue of him out of the ground, sending him and his opponent up into the air! Damage is only dealt upon landing. Can be advantageous to get Ocks out of a sticky situation, or to get extra height for moves like the jump punch and jump kick.
Grab
Grab Attack--MY LADY, I AM A PSYCHIC. The move sucks hp from the opponent using ~psychic majjyks~.
Throw--Launches the opponent. One of Ock's stronger moves, though it only throws them behind him.
Hit, Hard Hit/Flying, Duck/Jump Hit, Faceplant, and KO
Recover
Burnt, Frozen, and Depixelized

And with that, Ocks is 100% complete! I doubt this post was completely necessary, but it was a way for me to check everything (I had an extra shade of brown scattered around randomly, and some animations had to be tweaked), and it's a good way to finally close off everything.
