It's looking better! Using Dhalsim and Blanka moves for your character would be awesome!

The buildup seems too quick. The leg motion seems to be wasted/useless since it doesn't look like it adds to the power of the motion. Also, maybe on the full extension, have the entire character still about a pixel forward. When he retracts, move him back one pixel. The legs don't look like they suffer any recoil either.

Try an image hosting web site, like Photobucket. Just upload the file there, copy the image URL, and then insert it into the topic.

Photobucket can't upload the file. I don't know why.

That depends… When you received the file from whatever GIF creator you were using, did you click on it to check if it was usable? Sometimes, a file might become corrupt or unusable if something wrong happens in the process of creating it.

If you tell us more about what you did to create the GIF and how you did it step by step, we would be able to better help you out.

I'll look up a tutorial on how to use the program I used. That way, I can see what I did wrong.

Exactly what is the GIF application you are using? If it is the one Previous created, than you may as well ask him to find out what went wrong.

By the way, considering how other people used his application before, you could ask those users for help if all else fails. Otherwise, I'm sure you'll be able to cope with using an alternate GIF creator you'll find on Google.

As for metaru being in the game, i concur letting him in. The community remembers him as the productive mod/person and he left quite a good impression for many people. The only one that needs to confirm his stay is himself.

I am going to rework jetters to be more accurate, as you can see it is severely outdated and it kinda makes me cringe :I

He actually was moving backwards in his recoil before, but it wasn't showing that at all so I tried to make it a more diagonal motion.

Sounds good to me, Gors! Personally, I never met Metaru myself, but if he left this kind of an impact on the web site as a whole and people still like him to this day (even though I'm not sure about the circumstances that got him banned), then I have no gripes if he does want his character to stay.

Anyway, considering that nine characters (ten if you count Metaru) and seven characters that are currently being worked on (including Mario360's), maybe we could look at the remaining roster CBL complied just a few posts ago and see which ones we could also work on?
