I was going to originally do Simon Belmont or Rygar. I ended thinking that I sprite Simon too much, and that I didn't like playing with Rygar's colors as much as Fuma's.

i'm going to set this as an open activity for the rest of june.

Probably could have made this better with a bit more time, but meh.

That's a rather small head he's got there.

Well, I've not sprited in bloody ages, and haven't been on this site in even longer! Gave this a shot with the Batman NES sprite. Tried to stick to the original pose and proportions as I'm out of practice. I think it's come out a little top heavy. I'm quite proud of the torso, but the legs... just don't quite work for some reason I can't put my finger on.


(Naturally the original is the one on the left, my remake is on the right)

Also, I kinda cheated by recoloring the original sprite with my personal NES palette, since the sheet was kinda inconsistent with colors ...

Thought I'd try my hand at this challenge. Didn't spend very long on this but, meh. Might animate at some point.
