Bawl looks much better in detail and size, I think it's a good idea to redo his animation with that sprite. Awesome job with Topper too, he's much more carrot-y now.
I can see why the changes on Bottles are necessary, he does sort of look more like he does in-game now. I tried to change a shading quirk though and one other thing, tell me if you think it was unnecessary or not
The Jinjos definitely look WAY better with the new sprite. Only thing I noticed was that his left arm looks oddly protruding and out of place, I tried to fix it a bit. Again, I can revert what I did if you think my edit was unfitting
Klungo just seems...off though. I can see that you want to increase his size a bit but it came at the cost of some detail. I can try to merge the size, a few of your edits, and my old sprite if you'd like
Oh and Shadow Kami had a suggestion that I was wondering about. He suggested we host the master sheet on a dropbox file and post it in the OP so that we can continually update the sheet without editing the post every time. He also suggested a way to split things into categories, stopping the need to put everything on one sheet.
Does that sound good to you?

How chimpish? I might need to look at that.
Hey Mighty, I don't know if someone already mentioned this or not, but you have been using selout on your sprites and so far it appears that every other sprites created have a solid outline. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, I just felt like pointing it out!
Drop box file. Um how do we do one of those? Aw I bet I sound stupid asking.

It's alright you can't know anything. That's why we are a bunch of people here to combine our knowledge for ultimate superiority
Everyone would have to get a Dropbox account (everyone should get one anyways because it is really great). Then, one of you would have to create a group folder for this project and grant access to everyone else contributing (I think the options are somewhere around the rainbow icon on the Dropbox website).
Files put into such a group folder will be synchronized across all group members. I'd suggest not to work with the file withing said dropbox folder, though, but to make a copy somewhere else and putting it back after making any changes to reduce the risk of losing things.

Wat
I typed a reply for this last night, did I not post it? Fffff, that would figure with me.
Anyway, I thought a few other sprites used it, but thinking on it now, I guess not so much. I tried to use as little as possible, and what I did use were just a few areas where the outline jags stuck out way too much for me to stand. Pretty sure it's acceptable as long as the sprites aren't covered in it.
I've updated the first post including some rules about character sizes.
I also added a new rule about long characters. I feel long characters like Mighty's Buzzbomb would look better sideways. It would also be easier to sprite them this way. This includes the Ticker termites and Snacker.
I dunno about Snacker, he seems manageable from the point of view he's at. I do agree about the others though, they'd look awkward in a walking cycle
I split up the master sheet into five main categories based on ShadowKami's ideas (Plus the Pallette)
The way this is set up is simple
Edits in the dropbox I hosted will be editable without the change in the link. This will easily let the sheets in the OP be hosted without needing to constantly edit the post itself. I'm sure this will make general knowledge about what is done much simpler to anyone
I also edited all the Jinjos to use Koopaul's new sprite, and I tried to give Jetter's Ticker an all black outline without harming the sprite
Also just a thought, tried to merge the Klungos and I wanted to see what you guys thought before setting it on the sheet. Yay or Nay?
I think Klungo is just right now. Ticker looks fine, I was just being too picky at the time I guess. But does that mean Ticker will have to be redone/edited?
Buzzbomb I can attempt to edit the head (unless someone else wants, doesn't matter to me) to face more sideways once I work on it again. I'm currently working on another sprite though and it'll take some time so not sure exactly when I'll get back to it.
Considering that Ticker's only real animations would be walking/turning around, I'm sure that he doesn't need to be redone at the moment. Your sprite is great
Ah yeah and I forgot to post the palette in my post. Corrected that
My biggest problem with Klungo is that his suit is..so plain.
There arn't wrinkles at all on it. It's like it's incredibly stiff.
I know that you guys are both combining Nuts and Bolts designs with the original designs so why not do the same with Klungo?
That looks MUCH better than my version, I'll add it and an edited normal Honeycomb to the sheet
Also, I tried to do what you suggested Star, does this look a bit more busy?
No I think it's really shaping up now!
Sorry for not being around I've been sick.
I agree with Koopaul! It looks so much better.
I think the belly could use some more defining.
