I have played MadWorld and Bayonetta. Which are both incredible. But I think this game has them beat honestly.
Okay, I've actually bought and started playing Final Fantasy 5 on Android. (If I knew how to rip the graphics, I would. Only way I can think of is to take a shitload of screenshots in rapid succession, and then crop the unnecessary bits).
The character sprites are still meh in-game compared to FF1 2 and 4, PSP. But the upgraded tiles look nice. The monsters are half and half. Some look better, some look flatter. Not feeling the Amano artwork of the characters; they look super blah.
Look at King Tycoon. LOOK AT HIM!
If you get past all of that though, the engine is a lot smoother, and the battles run smoother as well. The ATB meter filled kinda choppy on the GBA, but that's no longer an issue here. I personally play with the Battle Speed on 1, so the ATB can fill at its fastest, but on the default it still filled smoothly. I'm not sure if its just the party's speed at the moment, but all the monsters go before the party for some reason. Has it always been this way? You can now walk diagonally, but I can't seem to make the party run faster. So...WHY!?
Soon will get to the Wind Crystal, so I can start grinding these Jobs. Yes, I'm that one guy that will max out all the jobs I get right away xD. It takes a million years when the net AP gain is 1.
Don't know if we have a Glitch Report thread, but here's one for SMG2:
I was entering the first level where you can fly with the bird and hit "Pause" just as Mario touched the ground. When I came back, there was no music, which I found odd. Even the death jingle didn't play. When I gathered the first Green Star, the victory jingle did play, but the game froze when the screen went green.
I have a sad.
I just got a perfectly good original X-Box.
Hit me with its best exclusives.
Anyone have the Day Z stand alone? I'm thinking of getting it but I was hoping the VGFacts and Resource forums could form a group. Playing the game solo kind of sucks.
Can players on the Arma II mod version play with people who have the full version?

I'm afraid not. Wouldn't be much point in buying it then.
I've got the modded version and am trying to justify buying the standalone. Had no one to go with for the mod because my brother stopped about a week after I started (his friends stopped).
Does anyone still play the mod version?
Quite a few actually. The standalone is still in alpha, so the mod is still technically a bigger thing. I played on the origin mod of Day Z mod.

I liked Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath
um...I guess it's not exclusive anymore though

Thanks for the recommendation
It's okay that it isn't totally exclusive... the rereleases are all HD remasters, and I like comparing remasters to the originals.
Phantom Dust is supposed to be one of the best games on the system BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW BECAUSE NEITHER OF MY COPIES WORK
That sucks pretty bad. Is it impossible to get a refund?
I bought both from independent game stores and over 30 days ago. In other words, nope.
I'm considering the possibility that my Xbox just doesn't like that game, though. Unless both copies just happen to be broken, the game hardlocks the Xbox any time it tries to load a cutscene.
