I'd just like to note that the "Cannon" HUD icon can be found in the English version of the game, but it only shows up when using "Mix".

One last thing (and I know this beating a dead horse), but I just noticed that the "Burning" icon doesn't seem to be there either. It's the Japanese version of "FireBall". You probably overlooked it because it's not written in Japanese, unlike the other JPN-only icons.

Noted, I'll fix that before I update again, whenever the heck that will be.
Anyways here's a couple updates from some different games. The first two are ones I ripped months ago and never got around to uploading:
This last one I did just recently to replace the really old and extremely poorly done one I made forever ago:
(original sheet: http://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/ki...sheet/2938 )
I hope you appreciate how difficult it was for me to complete the Marx sheet. I had to use three different programs and it was extremely time consuming to get everything. Unfortunately tile molester is pretty much completely useless for getting sprites for Super Star, which is extremely unfortunate.

When I was originally ripping and submitting the KSS sprites a decade ago, there weren't many very reliable tools out there that were useful for capturing sprites from this game. Fatty Whale was one in particular that couldn't be done properly thanks to his constantly Mode 7 distortions. The original sheet was made more or less by taking dozens of screenshots of him and then taking the ones that looked the closest to what I assumed were the correct proportions and angles and edited them by hand, which was by far not a very practical method. Luckily nowadays I can just use vSNES to rip the 100% correct sprites with somewhat ease.

A similar story goes for the Kirby sprites. In this case, I knew the ability caps were separate sprites from Kirby's body that were layered on top, but there didn't exist any way for me to peel them apart layer by layer. So the capless sprites in the original sheet were made by erasing the caps by hand and then editing in the top of Kirby's head by hand ... which of course was a really bad idea but I don't make excuses for my much more naive younger self. (I did mention this at the time the sheet was submitted, so it's not like I was trying to pass them off as correct or anything).
Anyways let me stem off some questions before they are asked:
"Why didn't you include the minigame sprites this time around?"
Kirby's sprites for the minigames do not have removable caps, and since they are already included in the minigame sheets it would have been redundant. (I intend to update the minigame sheets at some point too). There are also some sprites like some of the Cook Ability sprites and the Fire Breath attack from the Fire Ability that have their caps as part of their sprites and are not layered; they were also left out for redundancy.
"Where are the Nova vehicle sprites?"
They have their own sheet already so it wasn't necessary to include them.
"What about the big Nova vehicle cutscene sprite? I see you didn't separate the layers on that one to get Kirby and the vehicle alone."
There are no separate layers it's just one big sprite.
"You didn't separate the underwater goggles/minecart helmet/cannon helmet?"
Unlike in Super Star Ultra, these objects were not treated as separate layers like the caps. It's all just one sprite.
Good day.
