And I'll draw your character in that pose. Yes I'm totally stealing Des's idea from a year or two ago. But it's a great idea and since I'm playing around with art again and I'm only doing distorted figures with intentionally broken anatomy I need to draw something with real anatomy....so please post.
Classical
Character:
I've always loved this idea C:
Do whatever you want with the design; I realize he isn't very human.
I'll bite!
(Tellis, the one on the left, unless you want to use Jester Frog on the right)
And the painting um...
Woman with Parasol by Claude Monet?
or
Wanderer above the Sea of Fog (1818) by Caspar David Friedrich?
or
Sir Brooke Boothby (1781) by Joseph Wright?
... or I can pick something older if those don't work. 18th and 19th century are considered classical now, right?
hello
could you draw me like this dude
that would make me really happy c:
This is going to be awesome
HNNGGHHH.
I kinda want to try this. Yet don't cause idk why but I'd feel like an ass if I did. <__>
I am seriously looking forward to these. I love the arts of old. I'LL BE WATCHING.

As for the picture, I think this one is pretty nice, if it counts~
in case that one doesn't count
Much as I like Edward Hopper, he isn't a classical painter!
Really quick shitty cellphone pic preview. I am so out of practice
Hopefully it turns out better in the end.....(only about 20 minutes in but i have to leave for college orientation...also had no time to resize so sorry for the big image)
I'd say that looks pretty amazing.

I know, his paintings are fairly modern, this one is from 1930 I believe. That's why I asked if it counts, heh.
If it doesn't count, i'm going to take the clichĂȘ road and ask for this one
Also, seeing that Baegal picture, this is going to turn out beautiful
Wasn't going to post here, but I saw a nice picture.
Something by Jan Vermeer
(Picture is way too big for here)
I hope it's not too boring for you.
