Looking good, but I assume these sprites are coming in boxes like this:

If it's like that, I would keep the boxes in the sheet (for future rips). This makes it far easier to animate such a big bunch of sprites =)

No. They come as a big table of 64x64x8 tiles together with a table of palettes. I drawn each creature with all of its palettes.
