Have you tried this?
Unless you have a fairly specific question, we'll probably say or link you to stuff you could have found much quicker anyway. It always helps to search before asking because a lot of questions have already been asked and answered many times before.
I'm not trying to sound mean just trying to help, asking here is easy but searching yourself can save lots of time, instead of waiting for us to reply.

Yeah, you would have found the answer by searching Google. Now, if you came across any technical issues like black backgrounds or something like that then asking's okay but just remember to try searching the internet first.

You mean you can't load the page...?

If you can't download a bunch of programs, you ain't gonna rip. Ripping is a harsh business of tools over tools. An emulator here, a tile viewer there, decompressors around the corner.
For GBC, I'd suggest at least Visual Boy Advance, but tile viewers have never been wrong with GBC games, either.

I think he's just asking about the very basics of it, so grab VBA, and AnimGet (make sure VBA's window size is at x1 -- "Options > Video > x1"), which will take screenshots of the emulator screen for you. But before you start ripping make sure the layers are disabled except the sprites you want (number keys 1 through 5). Then you cut the sprites from the screenshots and put them on a sheet. That's mostly all there is to it.
