It's 4 hours late, but it's here at last! Thank you all for being so patient.
Lounge thread is here.
Signup thread is here.
Plot:
Spriting. The development of two-dimensional images to be integrated into a larger scene, often a video game. Imagine, if you will, a quaint community of spriters and enthusiasts, known as tSR. It is at tSR that these people would post their works for critique, discuss the finer points of video games, and argue about what women are allowed to be offended by. A community of innocent, honest pursuits. Sure, there'd be the occasional catastrophic database failure, and every once in awhile an unsavory type might show up. You know the type. The kind that make tiny little edits that change nothing, or are so repulsed by the idea of effort that they merely recolor a sprite, or steal it from someone else altogether. Or make completely insane Pokemon sprite fusions. But they were never a huge issue. A bunch of people would tell them how terrible they were and they'd hit the road, problem solved. But the members of tSR had grown complacent in their little paradise. A storm was coming.
You might say that each member of tSR was their own little sprite in the game of their own lives, and of the game they were about to play. Let's just hope they can make it to the end of the level.
It was a quiet day when the thread was posted.
"The pOkenon sprite master showcanse -- By DarkLugiiaPOkemaster"
"This' s digluxx, he's my pokemon that I made. )"
Very quickly, members began offering their critique.
"Uh...what the...fuck? What...I mean, what is this supposed to be? Isn't diglett some sort of mole thing? Is it like, a chocolate ice cream diglett? This is from that ice cream Pokemon, right?"
"Are you joking? You just crammed one thing into another thing, it doesn't even make sense. There's messed up pixels all over it, and you added a bunch of bits for no reason."
"Oh my GOD, why would you save as JPEG? JPEG ruins sprites. Not that it matters, this thing is absolutely terrible. What a garbage new member."
The sprite spoke for itself. But though the members of tSR could see the jagged lines and JPEG artifacts just fine, what they couldn't see was the quickly-building rage of DarkLugiiaPOkemaster. He would not be scorned.
"you guys think your' so GREAT, well I bet you couldnt do any better anyway. maybe if your going to all be elitists assholes, you should just go somewhere else. I don't CARE what you think anyway, ILL SHOW YOU ALL, your all going to be SO SORRY"
And the floodgates were opened. A relentless wave of new members poured in, who proceeded to fill the forums to the brim with terrible spriting monstrosities.
The mods' and admins' passwords were cracked and they lost their ability to bring order, replaced in power by talentless losers who had stolen Moderator status, and who would ban other members at the slightest annoyance or outcry. The peaceful existence of tSR was shattered into jagged, badly shaded pieces. "NOW WILL SEE WHOSE BETTER AT SPRITING" A last message hung over the board from DarkLugiiaPOkemaster, who then left for parts unknown, leaving tSR to die a quick, painful death. The members that remained had all but completely lost hope, making posts of despair in the darkest reaches of the forum.
"What are we going to do? This place sucks now!"
"It's over, man, it's just fucking over! We're screwed!"
"They're gonna destroy all of us! They'll never-"
"STOP."
A voice rang out amongst the chaos. Everyone turned to see Sol, standing in the open, his name above his head in bold red letters.
"Are you..?"
"That's right. In this insanity, I've somehow acquired admin powers. Now it's up to me, to us, to fix this mess the only way I know how: A complicated forum game. All of you have to figure out who the garbage members are, and I'll ban them one by one until they're gone for good. If we're lucky, tSR may just survive after all."

Rules:
1. The game is played in real time, in two phases. Day is the first phase, and takes place from 9 P.M. one day to 9 P.M. the next, unless I say otherwise. During Day players need to vote in the game thread on who to execute. Innocent players try to get a majority of votes on a suspected baddie, while baddies try to sway the vote away from their team. When Day ends, votes are locked and may not be changed. Day is also when players need to send in their power lists, if they have powers and wish to use them. This includes evil teams. Night phase happens instantly, right after Day. During Night all kills and powers used during Day occur. This is when players die and all that other stuff happens. The next day starts immediately after Night.
2. Votes are to be posted publicly in the game thread, not PMed to me. To place a vote, format your vote like this (bold text and all):
Vote: Player A
If you wish to retract your vote, format it like this:
Unvote: Player A
After retracting a vote, you may vote for another player or the player you had voted for originally. New votes will not be counted if you don't retract your original vote first. Please do not edit your original post to change your vote; make an entirely new post with the new vote. This helps prevent undue confusion.
You can also vote for nobody, in which case you'd just type "nobody" or "no one" etc. in place of a player name.
3. Certain players, including evil teams, have special powers that are detailed on their role sheet. Powers have unlimited uses unless otherwise stated. To use a special power, send me a PM with the name of the power and any lists required by that power. Format your lists like this:
1. Player A
2. Player B
3. Player C
The topmost player on the list is the one that gets targeted by the power, if there aren't conflicts. For instance, if an evil team targets Player A with their kill power and you are targeting Player A with a Seer power, you wouldn't get a result because Player A would be dead. So I have you put two other people down in case stuff like that happens, so your power isn't wasted that night. It doesn't happen often, but it's how I do things, haha.
4. Players may not directly quote their role sheet in any way. They can tell other players their role and powers if they wish, but quoting their role PM is not allowed. They may not falsely pretend to quote a rolesheet, either.
5. Once a player is dead, they may not reveal any information pertaining to the game that was not publicly known before their death. So as an example, if you know someone is a Werewolf but get killed before telling anyone, you can't say anything. This includes in the game thread or lounge thread, through PMs, IMs, etc.
6. Only living players may post in the game thread. Dead players may only post in the lounge. Obviously I don't have authority over people who aren't playing, but I ask that they post in the lounge thread if they wish to discuss the game, and not here, as well.
7. Players may not impersonate the host in any way.
8. This is a game of deception, so don't take it personally if someone lies to you or tricks you in regards to the game. In the same way, please be a good sport and follow the rules. Don't be needlessly malicious or anything like that just to win.
9. Players are expected to participate. If a player is inactive for two days in a row, they will receive a warning. If they haven't been active by the third day, they may be modkilled or replaced, if possible. Werewolf can't really function without active players. If something comes up and you don't think you'll be able to play anymore, send me a PM and I'll replace you with someone else, if possible. No hard feelings.
