My only problem with Paula hugging the bear is it would hurt readability greatly because her face would most likely be covered, and the overall colors are very similar.
At the moment, I'm thinking about having Jeff carry it like textbooks in one arm, kind of like some kids here.
I plan to give everyone else 8-directions before messing with the teddy bear; that was a little sidetrack to keep me motivated. Of course I'm going to get back to it, and still feel free to give advice on it, I'm just saying I'm going to focus more on 8-directions and walking for the 4 heroes.

There's something terribly wrong in Jeff's walking animation. The arm/leg swings don't match! When you swing your left arm, your right leg should be going forward and vice versa!

Not really liking this, but I'm kind of stuck on how I can fix it.

Four Directions walking. I think I fixed the front walk, but I dunno.

You could try to keep the button on his front shirt from moving so much. It would make the movement of his upper body less weird looking.

Smallish update. I'm bored today, so I might work on this some more.

Paula's 4d walk. I think this is all I'll do today, but we'll see.
EDIT: I tweaked the back so it fit the perspective more. Nothing major.

Do you guys think I should make running animations too? Or just speed it up?
I'm probably going to move on and mayble dabble in tilesets once Poo's 8d walking is done, but the running thought just occured to me.
