Once, there was a proud forum. A place where sprite artists could congregate, discuss their work, and improve their knowledge and skill.
Then, the storm came.
Into every corner of tSR, cries of "HEY THERE WANT TO SEE MY RECOLOUR?" and "I MADE THIS SPRITE, IT TOOK ME A WHOLE MINUTE!" flooded, and soon, the tide of garbage was so strong, even those who controlled the forum could not stand against them. Out of the darkness, though, there shone a light. One member had somehow managed to hold onto his mod powers, and stood against the oncoming hordes. He called on those around him to help, but through indecision and unwillingness to act, they were all defeated.
The tide settled then. Darkness flooded the land, and all that was good was lost. Those who still retained their identity on the forums hid in fear, knowing that one day, the storm would come for them, too. And so they waited.
And waited.
And then the tide changed. Whispers blew through the forum. A voice on the wind. A shadow of a shadow. A single word reaching all corners of the forum.
Revolution.
Many ignored the call, putting it down to the garbage the majority were posting now. But the call kept coming. Revolution. And there were some who answered. People began to move towards the centre of the General Discussion forum, gravitating towards the source of the call. Not just the innocents, though. Some of the garbage members came with them, wanting to stamp out any shred of light for good, to let those who hoped know that all was lost.
As the last few gathered in the hall, and the susurration died, a light shone from above. A single figure descended, slowly, bathed in a golden light, a huge crystal mallet resting on his shoulders. The light faded as his feet touched the floor, and he stood, addressing the crowd.
"Members of the Spriter's Resource!" He said. "I am Hoeloe."
Silence.
"I was once a humble user of this site, before the storm came." He continued his speech. "My account was taken by the garbage members, and used for their own ends. But now, I have spent months researching the techniques of the professional hacker. I have recovered my account and found my way into the mainframe of the site."
Still, there was not a sound, as everyone in the hall listened intently.
"I spoke with the elder of tSR, Dazz, and he has gifted me with the legendary Banhammer. Using this, I can drive out the garbage members once and for all, and turn back the tide."
There was a murmur in the crowd, as people finally began to understand what this meant.
"But I need your help."
Once more, the hall fell into silence.
"I cannot fight this horde on my own. I need you to help me discover who the garbage members are, and then I can dispose of them."
Voices rose again.
"But," Hoeloe roared above the crowd. "This is your last chance."
For the third time, silence.
"If we cannot repel the garbage members, then Dazz has bid me use this." He held up a tiny golden orb. Engraved into its surface, in the finest of letters was the word:
SERVER
"We are not as strong as we once were. If the garbage members win again, then I must break this orb, and the whole of tSR will go with it."
The murmuring resumed. No-one wanted to lose their precious forum, not even those who had defiled it.
"You know now what is wanted of you. I will return at the end of the day, and you can tell me who, if anyone, you think is a garbage member. I will ban them. I hope, for all our sakes, you choose wisely."
And with that, he stepped backwards. There was a flash of light, and he was gone. The crowd was alone in the hall. A few faces looked at each other.
"Well," came a voice from the back of the crowd. "Here we go again."
Heads turned to find Sol, the member who attempted to save the site when the storm began, leaning against the door, grinning.

WEREWOLF - A NEW HOPE
Welcome to Werewolf! This is a game where half the players are trying to kill the other half of the players, but people don't know which is which! Using feats of deduction and skill with words, you can win.
[b]RULES. PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE PLAYING:
DAY AND NIGHT
This game is in approximate real time. Unfortunately, my schedule isn't regular, so the start and end of days may vary. Rest assured, I will attempt to time it such that the boundary between day and night is 11PM GMT (equivalent to 6PM EST), though it may well vary from that. Day takes place between the boundaries. I will post to say that voting is locked, meaning that night is occuring. I will shortly afterwards post the events of that night, including any deaths, and the next day will immediately commence. During the day, you may vote for one person, and one person only, to be executed at the end of the day. You may also send me a PM for the use of any powers, should you have any, to be used during the night. Powers will be locked at the same time as votes, so you must send them in before voting is locked. Keep in mind that powers will actually take effect during the night.
VOTING
When voting for players, please use the following format:
Vote: Player
If you wish to retract your vote, please use this format:
Unvote: Player
You may place another vote after retracting your first one, so you can change your vote as often as you like. If you wish to vote for nobody, then type "Nobody" instead of a player's name.
Be warned: your votes will not be counted unless they are in this format, and only your first vote will be counted if you do not retract it properly.
POWERS
If you have any powers, you may send a PM detailing it's use during the day. All powers have unlimited uses unless stated otherwise. Most powers require a list of players. Please format your lists in a private message like this:
1. Player A
2. Player B
3. Player C
The topmost player is targetted by the power. If the player is unavailable (e.g. due to being killed by a previous power, or in the previous days voting), then the second player is targetted, etc.
You may send more than one PM detailing the useage of your powers on any one day, but only the last one sent will take effect, as long as it was sent before voting was locked. You may not direct your powers at yourself or anyone in your team (should your team mates be specified on your role sheet). If you try, your power will fall through to the next player on your list.
If your power is blocked by another player's power, it will not fall through to the next player on the list, but will fail completely. If it is a one-time use only power, it will still fail, but you will be able to try again the following night.
OTHER RULES
1. Players may not quote or pretend to quote the role sheet I send to them at the start of the game. You may tell other players what your role is, but not by quoting the role sheet. Of course, you can also lie about what your role is, but again, not by pretending to quote a role sheet.
2. Once a player is dead, any information that was not known publically may not be released to other players, either in the game thread, the lounge thread, by PM, or any other means. Doing so just ruins the game for everyone else.
3. Only living players may post in the game thread. Similarly, only dead and non players may post in the Lounge thread. This keeps discussion of the game and the game itself separate.
4. Players may not pretend to be me (the host) during this game unless I say otherwise (which I won't).
5. This game is designed around deception. Don't take offence if people lie or trick you. Similarly, be a good sport. Stick to the rules and don't be malicious just for the sake of it.
6. Players are expected to give daily participation. If a player is inactive for two days in a row, I will issue a warning. After 3 days, they will be replaced or, if no replacements are available, killed off that night. If something comes up which will affect your participation, then drop me a PM. If it's only temporary, then I will keep you in the game, since I'll know about it. If you can't play any more, then I can replace you or kill you off if that's not possible. No problem. Participation counts as posting in this thread, or PMing me. Just viewing the thread is not enough, as I'm unlikely to know. This way is simpler, plus it encourages the game to move forwards.
