Are there character models in this game?

The only Character models would be Princess Zelda, and the Healing Fairy, unless you count monsters with hands and feet as well

(The game only takes 20 minutes to beat depending if you know how ^^ he only made the game only up to the 1st boss and once you beat him and exit the dungeon your done since he didn't have a major amount of time to make it this info can be found on the website that i gave a link to on the first post ^^.)

Also i have a question are you allowed to rip flat 3D characters/objects? since there are some flat 3D characters/objects in this game and i was wondering if they would be useful or not?

If you mean that the characters are flat, but are still models, then yes they should be acceptable since I've encountered a few of those.
If they are actually 2D graphics made to look 3D however then they would have to go on TSR or TTR.
