Also, just checking, does it have to be a picture? Or could it be, say, an animation or video?

it can be anything, actually. Last year, we had animations, sprites, images and even text. Choose whichever you like.

I'm starting on mine today. I swear I will finish it this year even if it's crappy!

Since the topic was bumped... Just so everyone knows, I've been working on mine, and as I promised I will have it done. This experience has already improved my abilities as an artist so far so ATM it's more getting distracted and procrastinating than lack of motivation.

Yea, mine isnt as scary as it is halloween-y, can we have two options, 1, make it scary, 2, make it halloweeny?
