Yeahhhh that needs some work. Moving to the spriting board.
this sprite is horrendous by using the square tool, line tool, and the circle tool. try avoiding using those and do it all by hand.
another reason why it isn't so good is that its in JPG format. so you are going to have to start all over.
try reading the spriters dictionary for help:

I've seen this kind of thing before. He's probably one of those people who has no real understanding of spriting.
But hey that's what this board is here for, given he comes back and is willing to listen.

Go to the main website.
Go to custom sprites.
Go to Sonic.
Look for every Sonic SMK edit/custom made.
I made that, without a fancy little graphics tablet.
