Something about that black selout right above kirby's closer arm stands out as weird to me. I think those two pixels should just be dark shades of pink. It seems like they're forming a sort of hard edge
I think making just the top pixel pink would also work too.

Lmao a Waddle Dee. A polite suggestion is try to avoidusing the color back on outlines. Use a dark pink.
That is interesting, Novally, but in this case, since Kirby chars usually have simple shapes, sel out may be the winning choice. It makes the sprite pop quite nicely.

I was thinking of suggesting that as well but I don't think for the colors he picked it would even be noticeable.
U-U-U-UPDATE!!!
That's adorable! The circular shape really pops out!
EDIT: Upon further examination, I have found my initial impression to be incorrect, all that needs to be fixed for the animation in my opinion is his foremost arm, which has too much snapback (more of snapforwards I suppose), try reducing its forwards movement by one pixel.
It might also be a good idea to note that Kirby's arms do not perfectly mimic pendulums, there is some visible representation of attachment to the body as well.
