You gotta resize the texture's boundries and then scale down the uv
say something like this
to this
then just scale down the uv until it looks right
I have a feeling that didn't really help out at all though.

How can i resize the texture? I will use a image editor or the 3D program will do this for me?

Image program, I guess he means you would crop the empty area around the texture. I don't remember how I fixed Jigglypuff's eyes from Brawl. >_>

What 3d program do you use to work on this models? I'm using Autodesk Maya but i'm having some troubles exporting file. How can i create one texture file getting all .bmps and saving in one .png like this?:
Is a automatic process or you did this manually?

I've been using Misfit Model 3D. It's like, the simplest 3D model editing program there is.

are you using anything with misfit model 3D like 3Dx ripper with it cause how are you ripping these perfectly every time? i want to get my Earthworm Jim models fixed as well even if it means i have to redo all of them using your method or doing it manually in blender once i got the obj from 3dx ripper -.-

But somehow I have the ability to do all this really fast. Like, super fast. I can fix correct the textures in like 5 minutes at most.

Wow, you spent 5 min per model?? I really need to know how to fix that using the same program you have used.
Can you teach how to fix the uv coordinates using Misfit Model 3D? I will rip all models from N64 Pokemon Stadium 2.
Thanks!
