Tyvon's arm looks like it inreases in width depending on the gun. Maybe you were trying to show that his muscles flexed, but I dunno. And his arm on submachinegun looks bent.
I really like the unarmed/beat-em-up pose.

How will the sniper work in-game? Homing or one-shot-KO, or something?
Great animation, maybe a bit more of the pause before he actually shoots.

you can just walk around and fire it, but its main usage will be when you right-click to enter scoped mode. depending on how far you zoom, you can see stuff ahead and shoot it, as long as there isn't an obstacle in the way (the scope will tell you.) sniper shots will often be one-hit KOs, depending on where you hit them.

with the way that the sprites will be rendered, i can easily fix it in just the legs and it'll fix for the whole thing. these are really nothing more than test animations to see how fluidly they flow, if i need to add frames/edit frames, etc.
Oh I see, so the sprites will be built using two parts?
mmhmm. it cuts down on coding and adds for more options, which is where the outfit customization system comes into place, as well as the couple of weapons that can be modified.

in all reality i only added one more weapon, but i expanded upon the other weapons' multiple forms.
