I thought you were revamping it though, meaning you'd fix their issues.

Well, I could fix it latter. But for now I'm done with Bowser. I needed to focus on my modeling skills for work (they wanted me to add details to the pug).
Went ahead and fixed the Portrait.
Now it's ready for submition.
Yoshi Bros.
Nearly done with Yoshi.
Maybe some alt. palettes?
You got some with this finished spritesheet:
Now started working on Porting some of the SMW Enemies to SMB3:
To be honest some of these look pillow shaded. And the contrast is very low.
I think you misunderstand pillow shading because I see none (barring the cloud, guy on cloud and wind up toy)
there is some following of the outline but thats because of the abundance of round shapes which are still shaded quite nicely.
the contrast is because of the fact he's using the SMB3 SNES palette. so he can't change that unfortunately.
these look pretty in-style so far, except for the Monty Mole for some reason... can't place my finger on what it is.
You must be converting the GBA enemies, because Lakitu looks totally different on SNES and that shell doesn't exist in it.
@ Tonberry2k: Pretty much. I also converted the Goomba from SMW to be a more traditional one:
I even updated Dry Bones:
his foot kinda moves weirdly almost as he is shuffling

Lakitu (and it's cloud) and Kamek doesn't look like they have a defined light source. But I think I'm not able to differentiate his edits from the official work or something.
