I've updated my original post.
His name is Icicle and he was planned for an RPG (you can find stuff about it on my dA), but like project Kanis, it just didn't happen. I feel like I've piqued at Princess Fantasy, because no other Game Maker project got off the ground since.
Aaaaaanywhoez, I've added bios aswell, so you get to know their characters a bit. While Neko is my jolly, child-like persona, Icicle is my deepest and innermost evil. MWUHAHAHAHA!
