^ Alright. I'll get to fixing it. And they actually use their feet to peck holes in the eggs. No need to get into discussion about a made-up character, though!
Update on Silas' run thanks to some crit from Shawn.
Arms larger than legs?
And more hair movement.
Other than that, great run cycle.
If you look closer in most of the frames they're pretty equal. Thanks though.
Here's a WIP mockup. Enemies are too static, but they're all I've gotten sprited so far, so deal with it :V
That looks pretty cool and good Dex. But on one or two frames in his run where his right arm is back, you should probably shorten it a pixel if you haven't already.
Are those Cthulhu minions in the robes? Or just creatures wiith octopu heads?
Yeah, I'll work on that. Thanks.
Here's a new mockup. =D
This one looks better
I feel the boney guy could stand to have a bit more yellow in his shades. I also feel that his helmet's color doesn't contrast to well with the bone color. He could also use a bit more contrast.
And the legs are awkwardly shaped in the falling pose.
Well I wrote a story but it's a bit too long to post here...
@Cshad, thanks, I tried to add some of your suggestions in, but I'm stuck with the legs on Silas...I changed them a tad, but I don't see the problem. The person who makes it normally can't :c I also added a bit more action to that one mockup and removed the other static enemy. Hopefully it helps :V
Very nice work! But im not liking the lava, it's too bright.
Will darken, thanks for the c+c!
There is too much contrast on the bird.
I'll have to disagree there. Maybe it's your monitor, because I've taken a lot of different color choices into consideration making the bird, and changing it now might be a bad idea. :/
Taking a break from everything else to make a PJ challenge entry. It's a good one for once, so I thought I'd enter, even if I started a tad late.
C+C?
Looks good, but some dithering would really help.
Hmm, it looks like you love tree bark texture.
Pretty good so far, but yeah, it's not looking like fur.
