I agree that the legs need to be a bit longer, but I don't know of well decreasing the width of waluigi's head would work.
Instead of the head, make all of waluigi not just his head closer together by a pixel
Well, I'm trying to keep their width an even number to keep things centered a bit better
With the sprites shortened by 1 pixel, the center would be a bit off in my opinion.

I didn't exactly edit the sprites to work this way, just leaving an example of shrinking the width
I see, well than just ignore that suggestion.
It was a good suggestion to improve the sprites, but it just wouldn't work too well for the style i'm going for
I will try to work with some of the other suggestions though
Fix Waluigi's jaw. It looks a bit...jagged/shaped funny.

Without the joints, it doesn't really seem to resemble Waluigi...

You didn't have to straighten his legs, Waluigi has very bad posture and the sprite was alright when his legs were bent. Now he looks life-less and more symmetrical. His jaw still looks weird too.

I think it an opinion issue, I think waluigi should have straight legs like all the characters, but I see where your coming from. EbilNinja, you do what ever you want. BTW the jaw looks fine.
Yes, I never intended to keep my waluigi with straight legs, I was just posting him without it just to show what it may look like.
I havn't worked with his jaw yet, but I did make a very slight edit to his chin.
After you do the edits can you post Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi next to each other like you did before?

Perhaps make waluigi's legs straight but in the battle switch to bent legs.
One major part of waluigi, is his long, bent limbs. It may take me a while to make due to lack of experience, but I just find it doesn't feel like waluigi without them
