why does it say music in the title? you may or may not have read the guidelines but music can't be accepted for copyright reasons and all that.

so Battle Sounds are the rest of the normal sound effects in the game? or did the misc. pack include some of the not-gameplay-related sounds too? to save some confusion I'd probably put all the non-voice sound effects in one pack if they'll fit under 30MB.
also, I'm moving this to submissions since you've got most of the sounds in one post so it's not really a project.
Misc had mostly music, and stuff not used in the game.
Each folder has a couple hundred files in them, so I don't know when or if I'll have the time to sit down and start sorting them all out.
well then, since Battle Sounds is too big for me to upload anyway, can I suggest to take out what sound effects are in the misc. pack and place them in with the battle sounds, split them up into ~30MB chunks and I can upload them all as "all sound effects"? btw the chapter stuff is just voices right?
Yes, just voice clips.

Around 30MB, although I'd say keep it less than 29 (if you try exactly 30 it might go a few kilobytes over or something).

I've been cataloging the models with 3D Ripper DX as I've been playing the game, they'll get done eventually, just not sure how good the T-poses will be since I'm ripping them from action poses and the texture sorting is going to be a major pain.

Well, I can post the OBJs this weekend, but I still haven't had time to sort all the textures. I might just post those as a batch zip and see if anyone more patient than I can sort through them.
well, I haven't played the game so I can't help with these sound effects. mostly I was waiting for you to split them up although havin all the voices and everything jumbled together wouldn't be too good... I don't know anyone else who knows that much about the game to help with organizing them.
