Here's what I have so far:
Grunt (Humans):
Ninja/Stealth (Both):
Chief Zog (Beasts):
Queen Azarel (Humans):
Skeleton Archer (Beasts):
Knight (Humans):
Ice Wiz (Both):

Edit:Added "Bored" sprites to the Ninja.

Looks good, but can you erase the anti-alias from the font?

I kinda wanted to keep it the way the game had it.

nono, he means your icons are blurred (both the text and the sprite). they cannot be blurred so can you redo them please?

The whole icon's been shrunken down. What did you do to it, considering the sheets themselves are fine?

I really don't know. I used The icon maker by Barubary to make those. I'm really REALLY new to ripping, so I don't know more than half of the stuff I'm doing.

I tried using the online icon maker too, but it came out even blurrier.

actually, it looks like you're uploading them to Photobucket, so maybe try changing the upload settings to be 1MB or so, and make sure you're copying the "Direct Link" and not the thumbnail link or anything like that.

EDIT: also, try to refrain from double-posting so soon unless you have an update of some kind. you can always edit your previous post.

Could any of you give me an idea of what I'm supposed to do to make icons?

Edit: All right, I updated the icons. Thanks to all who helped me.
Edit 2: Added Alternate Palette to Ninja/Stealth. I think I have all of it now.
Edit 3: Uploaded Chief Zog's sprite sheet.
Edit 4: Added more sheets, changed to spoilers.

all up. I merged the Humans and Beasts section because we don't upload duplicate sheets (the ones labeled "both") unless they are for multiple games.
