I've been a lurker around here after I didn't get a response in my art thread...I cannot sprite to save my life, and I am not too sure how much help I can be on this project, since I haven't ripped from DS, or tried to...So I would like to help with this project...If I can find it, I call Waddle Dee.

Oh, then I guess the correct answer is, "not yet."
Sorry for the misunderstanding...
There's a folder that I found with tahaxa, "ene05". It lists off all the enemies from the game. Would that be where to find them? I mean, I'd check but I can't get tile molester to arrange the sprites right without them being all jumbled.
<--- Not the sprites in ene05, just an example of how not-working it is.

There are plenty of explanations of how to use TM throughout this thread.
First off, you need to "Byte Forward" (which is the + button up near the toolbar; on the right) to get rid of unnecessary lines.
Then just reduce the width (looks kind of like <||| ) until the sprites look mostly un-jumbled.
All you should have to do now is find a palette. Use the search function if you can't find a tutorial in this thread. Shnaps posted a tutorial on the previous page (maybe 2-3 pages ago) and I posted a tutorial somewhere between 5 and 10 pages ago.

Thanks. I read through his little tutorial thing, which is why I downloaded the stuff for it. I didn't see anything about the width and bytes, though, so that should really help out. Also, THANK YOU for Galacta Knight. He and Meta Knight were the only characters I was even worried about the sprites of.

Have I mentioned how awesome you are? Because you are. Totally.
Anyways ...
The longest part on this sheet was recoloring that damn shield over and over.

@Drshnaps, please fix Sword Knight's link with this one here. Also, how are we gonna rip the common enemies and the midbosses if TM can't read their data?
That one's not working for me either.

Did you mean the enemy Waddle Dee or the helper? Because the helper's already been done.
With the helpers, you're forgetting the AI only attacks. The first one I can think of is Simirror's barrier move that reflects projectiles, but isn't the player controlld version.

That's because they aren't sheets of the AI characters. You'll notice there are three colors for each ability-giving enemy-- the sheets we have include the helper palette and the 'Helper to Hero' palette. There is no sheet containing any enemies as of yet besides a recolor that RTB threw in with his Parasol Dee sprites.
Next I'm going to rip Jet Kirby & Capsule J2.

The enemy characters actually have completely different sprites from the helpers, although you'd have to see their sprites side by side to notice the difference.

It worked for me just now... Here, I'll just attach it...
@omegakyogre, that's just awesome!
@Shiraku, I think the files in the "Ene05" folder are actually code for the enemy objects...
Sploder: The link has been working for me, maybe Shnaps' PC is having a problem with Imageshack.
i've completed marx soul
I'm making a sprite box.
I honestly do not think I am finding jack...I have been up all night trying to find SOMETHING that looks like rippable sprites, but I don't even think I found one here....Honestly, I'm about ready to throw in the towel unless I hear someone say "there is something of value in this screen shot".
