Full Version: FF5 Ios, game graphics scaled

So im currently trying to rip from FF5 ios, the hard way, taking screenshot. And i have noticed after taking a close look that the graphics seem scaled with interpolation (not sure if its the right word). I think it does that because i took my screenshot on a ipad and the game is made for iphone, and is just automatically scaled for the ipad (btw its an ipad mini)

Heres some example, if you zoom at the edge of a sprite you will see what i mean:
There are no way to scale down without producing errors, right?
hard-scaling them will do no good, that's true. You should either find a way to render the game in 1x, or extract the sprites with some tool.

Hmm, that what i feared. Theres nothing in the option for resolution and couldnt find anything interresting in the data. Thats really unfortunate cause those portrait are really nice, they look like made by Amano.

You can try extracting it.
Apps can be opened like zip files. If your lucky, the sprites will be in a instantly readable format like png Wink

Or you can scan with multi-extractor.

Ive already tried doing this and, unfortunately, there was nothing of interest.
