Can someone help me out? I'm 100% sure I got all of the animations for this sheet(Hobgoblin from Spider Man for the Game Boy Color) I think it got rejected because I need to add credits, but that wasn't on the reasons for rejection, and I don't see any other errors.

2) How do you do this Rom-checky thingy
You can either use a tile viewer like Tile Molester, GDD, TiledGGD, or yy-chr (this one is what I used for the game). Sometimes you get lucky and a game has uncompressed stuff (in Spidey's case, it looks like all the enemies and bosses can be taken straight out of the ROM itself) but most of the time a game will be compressed.
