Perhaps the the leaves on the back of the Kiwi's neck should be moved to the back of it's head?
Also we can suggest names for it too. I suggest "Kweeleef"

Idk, the leaves on it's back could have potential to become some neat wings or something when it evolves so moving them to it's head may not work if we go in that direction.
As for a name, idk, Spriwi (spree-wee) based on sprout and kiwi?
Btw Baegal, this is just a random idea, but how would you feel about having it's eyes based on a sliced kiwi fruit?
Obviously stylized so it's not terrifying, but something like that where it's green with a white pupil and maybe a few black dots around the pupil or something.

I like the Kiwi head idea, and I think the eyes could work, maybe for later evolutions or if here very simplified.
As for the names, Kweeleef and Spriwi both look and sound very strange to me. the two i's in Spriwi looks strange and makes it somewhat hard to pronounce, and Kweeleef looks strange and sounds somewhat odd.
I do like how it looks like 'peewee', but even that word feels weird.
What about:
Keebud/Kibud (Kiwi + Kid + bud)
Keebush/Kibush (Kiwi + bush)
Avicket (Avian + thicket)
this is hard

I was thinking about having it evolve to have arms, but that might be too similar to Torchic's evolutions.
Oh and names are hard. I wanted it's first form to have a funny cute sounding name to suit what the critter is.

Kiwi genus - Apteryx
Kiwifruit genus Actinidia
Aptindya?

No I definitely want to avoid names that are overly complicated. Remember when we had names like Squirtle and not Alomaloma? I mean Alomamola... Amolamola?
Yeah let's aim for simple and fun.

Fair enough.
It seems like its going to sound strange or tropical either way though.

.
Fun Fact: The kiwi does have wings, but short stumpy ones like a T-Rex. A good example would be this skeleton.
They end at tiny wrists with single hooked claws, which could be its main weapons as it evolves.

Final evolution confirmed: Kiwisaurus Rex.

It's second form could have T-Rex like claws on the Emu, then it's final form could have bigger arms.
Oh by the way I've added the Fire Tiger and Water Iguana to the list so we can start making designs for them too!

I'm not too good with picking colors. Anyways, I gave it nubby spikes since I noticed marine iguana's have lots of spikes all over them, so I figured that could come into play in it's evo. I call him Aguana (agua and iguana). I tried to step away from making it directly look like an iguana as I figured it's later forms would become more fierce looking and most likely fit into an iguana like structure.
EDIT- I feel like I should add more to him honestly. Idk, with the Kiwi we had the idea of it being the bird as well as a bush and what not, is there more to this guy or is it just a marine iguana?

Marine Iguanas can be colored Orange and Turquoise due to the special oils that they secrete. Sometimes they can have very dull colors and sometimes they can be bright and amazing. Let's go for the bright Orange and Turquoise colors.

So something closer to this then?
