maybe we could make it a quadruped instead of a biped? I have an idea for it, I'll post it later though.
I agree for quadruped, otherwise it'd look too much like a totodile.
and Treeko.
Back on the Kiwi guy, though:

I wanted it to deviate from the usual bud-bloom-flower kind of evolution line, and focus on a flower-fruit-sprout, given we're basing it on the actual fruit. As such, I made a Kiwi flower grow on its back.

Also, seeing how it will turn into an emu (and maybe even an elephant bird), I'd assume it'll be quite speedy.
This is what i had in mind for the iguana,

I was intending to go bud-->Fruit, but I never even thought of looking up a Kiwi flower Very Sad
Looks really cool! But I almost see it closer to a second evo (with tweaking), given its body shape
Eh, the newer Pokemon are more neck-y anyway. I can see it as either.
With tweaking to one or the other, I could see it evolving from Beagals design.
Combine the best ideas and get the best results.
KIWI TIME!

Got working on Keewud and Kazlawer (placeholder names).

I based Keewud on both Baegal's design and my design. As you can see, it has Baegal's overall shape, head and legs, while having the pale beige body and white flower of mine's. The beige body is based on both the kiwi itself and emu chicks, which also have yellow stripes on their back. The flower is based on a kiwi flower, which is white and have long stems.

Kazlawer (Kiwi+Cassowary+Flower) is based on kiwis, emus and cassowaries. The leaf on its forehead and its bluish green head (which will become blue upon evolving again) and based on a cassowary's head, and the overall build of its body is shaped after that of an emu's. Because emus, kiwis and other ratites have hair like feathers covering their body, I figured it'd be cool to give it a pony tail (even though most ratites are bald on their heads, but I don't care). I also made its wings resemble leafs, gave it some random patterns over its body and made the flower bloom, with stems sticking out of it (which only males have).
The small one feels like it's missing something, but i'm not sure what, maybe the bush around it's legs? Idk, it's body just looks off for some reason. Aside from that I like them.
I'm really like the first form and the fact that it's body resembles a Kiwi fruit. The legs do need that "Pokemon Bird" look but that's pretty hard to copy sometimes... atleast for me.

I'd call it "Kweebud" yeah I'm still going with that "Kwee" part. I think saying kwee sounds cute, but I'll let you guys decide. Oh and for the Cassowary how about "Grassowary" yeah it's a corny pun.

I combined my old design and Sch's for a new first evolution. I really like this one.
Its head is pretty much the same, except it doesn't have a leafy/feathery texture like it would with Sch's. The body area is a bush, and it stops about halfway and has a Kiwi-like pattern. On its back is a Kiwi flower stylized and overturned to somewhat be a cape/collar thing. I don't really like the idea of the flower being where the tail is, because I think the taillessness (???) is an important part of likeness to a Kiwi.
Its legs are the same color as the stem of its flower, and are stylized to have two toes instead of three so that it follows the same 2-prong motif it has on the head leaf.

I took a different approach to a second evolution. It is primarily based on a Cassowary (by the way I love the name Grassowary), and it now has wings. The head is fairly similar to the previous evolution's, except the eyes are slightly different. The bush body takes a different shape, covering the top half (and a little more down the bottom to emulate the tail), and at the front it lowers by a larger two-prong leaf similar to the one on its head. The 'collarbone' area is somewhat bare, and the leaves around it form a shape like a popped collar, while the back flower is raised up behind it. On its neck are berries/fruit (I didn't do Kiwi fruit because I thought the red looked better and it could maybe somehow work into a berry gimmick). It's symmetrical down the middle, so the three marks on its body are on the left and right side instead of the front and back like it was on the previous evolution.

C+C would be very helpful! I personally like this direction.
Oh my god I absolutely love those. You pretty much nailed the first form.

Love how the second form has a "aristocrat" feel to it. Though I think its neck could a tad longer, its legs a have a bit more detailed shape, and kiwifruit eyes, as Chaoxys suggested.

That's just me, though.
Thats awesome, but what if we put the bush on the bottom half of the body like the first one?
