Ludwig in the Cartoon is Kooky.

I think you're thinking of Kooky Von Koopa, Ton. Cheatsy Koopa is the cartoon counterpart of Larry Koopa.

Ok. Well I think the facial expression is pretty good, but the hair needs a lot of work. What do you guys think?

Hmmm… Maybe make the hair lose its shading and outline, so it could look like the hair in those sprites?

I correct his air in the two first pallette :

That design looks horrible, but you captured it very well in SMW style. So great job! Hair shading seems weird in the last row though, but that maybe me.

To be fair, Akuma, the Super Mario World sprite style isn't much to look at.

Next time, Catskart, maybe you could challenge yourself by tackling a more challenging sprite style?
