Turns out that I need some gadget named 'Silph Scope' to traverse this Tower with more accuracy. Where can I find it?

Well well well! It's time to rest a little. Ghosts were wandering that tower, and to see them, I must find a special thing called 'Silph Scope'. I wonder where it could be.

You are quite irritating. Have in mind that this is my first (not second. Not third. FIRST) run of this game. And what is obvious to you, well, it is not for me. As a first timer the only Sylph i know is the mythological creature and I didnt know it was the name of a corporation.

As i said in the latest comic i did, i am taking some suggestions but i am the one exploring the game. So the least you could do is respect my game pace and not spoil anything.
