Just bought Zelda II for my 3DS, never played it before.
How do you even beat this game?

you play it
and then you get your ass handed to you on death mountain

personally i was playing paper mario ttyd, doing the 100 floor dungeon thingy
i got to the last boss and it was a really tight fight, was so pumped, lovin every second
and then BOOM power outage

and thats the story of how i never finished the 100 floors
If I ever played Mario's Early Years. I hate itExclamation
I had a shiny totodile in Pokémon Silver. It was the first shiny pokémon I ever had(unless you count the gyarados at the Lake of Rage).

The cartridge's internal battery died and I lost my save file...
no i kid

but not really

anyway

worst game experience.. I suppose that would be any of the more recent mario titles in which multiple people can play at once, 3D World for the WiiU being the worst
The camera is pert near broken, and cooperation actually seems discouraged, what with all of the strange item, obstacle and enemy placements

The game ruins fun, no lie
I got into a fist fight over it

Co-op in a game shouldn't be so frustrating that you actually compromise to going back to the "your turn, my turn" structure

OOH
Spelunky comes in a very close second
Absolutely no reason for friendly fire in a game like that
just a dick move on the devs part imo
Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts
While it isn't the Banjo-Kazooie game we wanted and they made the duo look creepy and blocky, I will give Rare props for being the last creative game they created before Kinect happened and actually being a wonderful game if you turn a blind eye away form the fact it is a Banjo game…

I find this odd, my friend and I play this together sometimes and we rock that shit.

Removing franchise expectations does not change the barren landscapes and sluggish out-of-vehicle movement.
True, but a lot of the gameplay actually comes from creating vehicles and completing challenges. While I can agree that the overworlds are not much to look at, you could just build a fast helicopter to ignore the lot of it and skip right to where you need to go. As for sluggy Banjo, you could always level him up at Boggy's Gym if it becomes too unbearable (no pun intended). Otherwise, just stick to the driver's seat.

The point is, while Nuts & Bolts is far from actually achieving the status of a Rare Masterpiece (and it might even come short as a proper swan song), the game is actually fun if you know where to look.

….. Which remind me! Whatever you do, don't try the Saucer of Peril Returns mission if you treasure your sanity! Getting the Jiggy is one thing, but if you want the Trophy, expect to play it for a loooong time again and again! I managed to bag the trophy twice, but I never want to do it again unless I make a let's play out of it.

On an unrelated note, though, I just got 1,000 post after so long!
Yes! When I played it, I couldn't like it as a Banjo game, but I wouldn't like it even if it wasn't Banjo. The gameplay and design just lacked so much.
i used to be afraid of the game over screen of banjo kazooie when i was young

gave me the creeps;i saved as quickly as possible the game, turned the volume off while grunty was laughing and turned off the game when the tooti transformation scene started to play

yeah

That's poor game design in a nutshell.
There's this game called Eternal Ring. I got it from my aunt years ago and as far as I can tell, there is not an actual method of getting past the first level. That, and the game's a bad case of vertigo.
I bought a Madden game for a friend, he didn't liked it and gave it back, I played it.

That is why I don't play sport games that don't have Mario in the tittle.
