no i'm pretty excited for this.

I never thought that they would actually confirm this one, but it looks like all the rumors were true.

Personally, I'm more of a Generation 2 trainer, but I enjoyed Ruby and Saphire a lot when they first came out. I'm looking forward to how they would tackle this remake considering all the fresh changes X and Y brought to the table.

By the way, is it just me, or does Groudon and Kyogre look like they are Mega Evolving in the box art for the game?

i don't even care that XY 'just' came out i'm super excited for this because XY has no postgame at all, breeding and etc is super easy but there's no real reason to... ranked random battles are okay but them being Kalos-region locked is frustrating

You've actually reminded me, I'm interested in seeing how they handle Brendan's hat on the model. I'm surprised a lot of people originally thought it was his hair, lol.

I'm another Gen II (namely Crystal, and their remakes) enthusiast, since they were just so damn good, but I also enjoyed Emerald when I played it. Especially the soundtrack. Speaking of which...trumpets. I wonder how they're going to handle the updated soundtrack.

Gen 3 had so many good things, contests and the safari zone and the regi quests and the battle frontier
now add in the Gen 6 good things, like the aimie and the whole 3D thing
and
hold up a second
add in regigigas as a sort of conclusion to the regi trio hunt
fucking contests in 3D
*so many engine improvements from X and Y*
(not to mention the chance for a wifi berry blender oh my fucking)
