But...but...Shake It had that sexy pirate lady in it...

Who debuted in the first Wario Land game anyway.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about that. DERP

I think the aesthetics maybe made me enjoy it more than I normally would this type of game, not to mention the drought of good Wii games around the time it had been released...

Speaking of sequels/spinoffs of Nintendo series' developed outside Nintendo that weren't well received, what was wrong with Master of Disguise? Again, I never played it but the concept didn't look that bad.

It had one humungous major problem that completely ruined what would have been a great game. Drawing. Yes in order to transform you need to draw on Wario. And let me remind you that this is not when the game is paused or zoomed in, this is LIVE while you're in the action of the game on top of a tiny sprite. Transformations were a pain in the ass and the entire game revolves around it.
Plus, I dunno if it was just me, but sometimes the drawing detection in Master of Disguise wasn't exactly spot-on.

Oh, and that. FUCKING. CARPACCIO. RACE.

It's made even better if you know how to cheat at it. Just use the Artsy Wario disguise, place a block in Carpaccio's way, and proceed with gloating.

I see. That does sound like one of those ideas that sounded cool in the drawing room, but not so much when put into practice.

Now maybe if they one day make a Wario game using the claymation style from these ads, that'd be something:

I suppose they are making that Canvas Curse sequel with playdoh-looking graphics... Sorry, am I getting off-topic?

Yeah, it's specially bothering with Artsy Wario, because my drawings almost always turn into shit.

No, seriously, a dud results into a literal walking poop.

Back to Yoshi though...
