wow okay no need for hostility, i was just being nosey i guess
i didn't mean to imply that there should be any "situation" regarding information pertaining to banned members
my entire question was just a mild curiosity, I'm not trying to be some sort of ban detective here
I don't think Kat was being hostile, just explaining why it probably isn't a great idea.

Yeah, this pretty much sums it up. Kat's delivery can be a little rough around the edges but it certainly wasn't meant to be hostile.
If you see an account that seems banned out of nowhere, chances are very good that that account is either
A) a bot
B) an alt
C) a troll
D) some combination of the above
There's really no need to publicize their bans because there's no need to give them attention. On top of that, these types of bans happen kind of a lot (a few per day, generally) so posting to update a log of this any time a ban happens would get tiresome for all of us really quickly.
And for those who don't fall into any of the above categories, banned or not, we need to respect our members' privacy. Publicizing a ban will only serve to draw further attention to its cause which is counterproductive.
You know how people put a tag/signature in their sheet to say who ripped it and credits stuff? Well, why not copy the signature/avatar system to the sheets, aka have an image linked to your submitter account and have it displayed next to your sheets. We would save spaces on the sheets and you could easily change it thereafter.

This makes sense at first but what happens when that sheet is re-hosted elsewhere? Sure, some people will go as far as to steal content and edit out the tag but many are too lazy and I'd wager there are plenty who want to show the sheet(s) used on their project and re-host for that purpose (or something to that effect, i.e. non-malicious) so the tag being part of the sheet is still kind of important.
You know how when you submit a sheet using "Add Another" you get some BBCode to copy-paste? It would be cool to just have that BBCode on sheet pages so that you can link to a sheet you didn't submit recently (especially since some people wait for their sheet to be approved before posting it). Something similar for games would also be handy.
If you can come up with a non-ugly way to implement that, I'll give it a shot. The problem is that there isn't a good spot to put that code without it looking out of place. Hiding it from anyone who can't post (guests, banned, etc.) would be a step in the right direction but I'm still not crazy about just tacking it onto the info boxes (especially given how perfectly everything lines up at the moment).
I was just imagining it as an extra line in the info box, I don't see how that would look bad but you can probably see it better than me. I can't think of a better place though, so if that's the case then I guess it's OK.
It wouldn't be overly horrible on the sheet info box (though I still don't think it would look great) but my main concern was for games.

It could be a button that would give a popup of the BBCode
I think that the "If this is the first post in the thread deleting it will result in the deletion of the whole thread" message in the edit post page should either go or be changed since deleting threads no longer works.
Once again, that's part of the forum software and not something I can or will change. Deletion of threads was never supposed to be enabled in the first place and that message is still relevant for staff who can delete threads.
Ey, I don't know if this was mentioned before, but some of the images in the Spriter's Dictionary have been replaced with "Click and discover Imageshack." photos (at least for me.) Does anyone have the originals so that they could be put back up?
