I'm a fan of "Why reinvent the wheel", but it seems they're reusing models a bit much in favor of the more popular things that didn't have them ever. In SSBM, 2001 or so, practically nothing had a model and yet the game was littered with BEAUTIFULLY hand crafted trophies. It almost trikes me as lazy with just how much stuff is reused rather than fresh and original right now. Character voices, half of the music, and so many of the stages.

(Even if Game & Wario is a -maybe- obvious choice. I wasn't expecting new Wario-anything at all at this point!)

Fawful didn't make it as an Assist.

I dunno, those Mario Kart models looked far more detailed than in MK7... They looked about as detailed as the preview model on the HOME screen for that game. At the very least they could've made a Starlow or Zeekeeper trophy, they both had 3D models.

Also cool, Game & Wario stage. Haven't played that game, but the stage looks pretty sweet. I doubt it confirms any leaks though, remember that one leak that correctly predicted Ashley as an assist trophy? It was fake in the end.

This worries me too. I wonder if it's down to lack of time/budget (unlikely) or just plain laziness?

The whale from the first game appears in the SS Flavio section and Jr. Troopa was allegedly seen flying in the background (can't confirm that).

The whale is true, but Jr. Troopa is not. (I played the stage quite a bit, and unless he's VERY rare, I don't think he's in there)

That still leaves Super Paper Mario with nothing. Confession time: it's my favorite in the series (damn awesome story) and to see it get shafted despite being the second most recent one while Sticker Star (my least favorite by far) get all this attention makes me sad.

Nice to finally see a stage based off a horror theme.

But-but-but-but the s-s-same source that showed us the leaked roster, leaked tower of smash, stages, several trophies, over 49 leaked pictures of the various other 3DS modes, a-and what th-the DLC could hold in store for us!

I'd say Snake is being pretty stealthy already in this game, I mean do you see him on that roster? It's like he's GONE!

Also yeah, extreme red light green light seems like an awesome concept. I predict a lot of people throwing other players into mom's field of view

I'm considering getting the bundle, because I still like to play GameCube games and I don't have four controllers, and then I can also let my friends who are more purists about the GC controller use them.
