What i want to know is if the Rayman trophy when earned does it have a logo based on the series behind his description? or nothing at all.
I think the Rayman trophy is a Wii U exclusive so we got a ways to wait.
Today's announcement on Pot
"Announcement: Originally, the pic of the day was only supposed to continue for about two months, but I've ended up posting pictures until even today. The 3DS version has already been released in Japan, so I would like to talk about how future posts will be handled. First, I will not talk about hidden features until the game is released overseas. On the other hand, I definitely will talk about them after the game is released abroad. In addition, I am planning to continue making posts at least until the Wii U version is released. I haven't decided if I'll go by the Japanese version release or the release of versions abroad, but the point is that I'll continue posting for a little bit longer. Pic of the day won't focus on introducing new information anymore in the near future, but I hope to entertain you with interesting and funny photos like I originally intended to. Thanks."
I wonder if that means that Wii U features aren't really going to be discussed when the time is right. Oh well. The fact that he was only going to do them for two months and went on for over a year is really nice of him.
Swell guy.

I decided to go to
Nintendo's official French site for the game and it's still Holiday 2014...but this happened to catch my eye.
Apparently, in EU it's being released in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.
Russian.
On the
Russian page for the 3DS game (!!!!!!) the 3DS version will ALSO have a Russian translation!
Holy shit. What happened to the days of Dendy? And when did Nintendo support so many languages in their Western releases?!
Looks like that date's legit.
So it comes out the same day as Alpha Ruby / Omega Sapphire. Interesting...
Anyway, part of me is thinking that it will come out on November 21, while another part of me is thinking it will be delayed into next year just like Brawl. After all, Brawl started development in 2006, was set for a November 2007 release, but got completed in 2008 instead, while SSB4 started development in 2013 and is finishing in 2014. Makes one wonder why the newer game is taking quicker to finish.

DON'T JINX IT
But yeah, it is pretty interesting how they managed to keep things on schedule, especially when you consider that they're making
two versions of the game. Sakurai must have organized things better since Brawl.
Sad rumor: I hear you can't actually toggle Lucina's mask. It is apparently only a taunt.
It's a toggable taunt, like Guile's shades.

Yup, she takes it off after the taunt. I tried to taking damage when taunting to see if it would stay that way, but no
Kirby has the mask when he eats her though, which is weird.
I also want to point out that the announcer, at least in the Japanese version, pronounces Lucina wrong.
It's like "Lu-key-na"
(I know it's sounds like the Japanese pronunciation of her name, but he pronounces other character's names the way they are in English)

Well it IS literally written like that in Japanese. Maybe that's the real pronunciation after all.
Ice Climbers trophy doesn't even have their series logo, so Rayman definitely won't have any
Also, talking about Ice Climbers:

Making two games was stupid. This game should have just been for the Wii U. On top of losing Ice Climbers, I bet a lot more was sacrificed because he had to work on two games instead of one.

It's the pronunciation in Japanese, but in smash, the announcer usually says their names in English.
Example, in the Japanese version of Brawl, Lucas is pronounced like "Lucas" instead of "Ryuka"
I'm wondering if they will use that Lucina pronunciation in other versions of the game.

As true as this is (seeing as they are essentially two different games in terms of content sharing only some aspects, namely the playables being the same through both), if Sakurai had his way (so the rumor goes), he would have only made a 3DS version. Thus any technical issues he might have had would have still arisen, if not more-so because he would have to fit even more content into the 3DS version.
A Wii U version solo could have possibly been more, but there's always a possibility it couldn't have. It just wasn't in the cards from the start as it is.
I wouldn't mind some sort of Wii U exclusive sequel which crams even more content on top of the Wii U version a few years down the line, not going to deny that. >_>
