Things like his mouth area and around his socks and gloves...Took care of these ones. I had to delete the Sonic Adventure submission since it had broken UV mapping, but I went and fixed up the models and textures for the Melee submissions, so those should be good now.
Super Smash Bros. Melee: No alpha channel for the last 2 stages' textures. They just come out as solid blocks. I think these need to be deleted?

Under 400 icons to go now! That's only some 2.5%!

Wait a minute, why the number of icons got bigger? Before it was like 300, and now it's over a thousand!

You caught that really quick! I adjusted the script used to determine if a model is up to date to include whether or not it has a large preview icon as well. Apparently, we had nearly 700 that were marked as complete that were missing preview icons. This now reflects properly in the status.
I'll be working on a page to list the models in question directly instead of having to dig through each game by hand.
Edit:
I just remembered that everyone (except a select few) only saw the file upload form on icons that still needed to be updated to begin with. This is now the case for everyone. I've also hidden fields that are no longer necessary and labeled them to avoid confusion. Fields marked with S: denote a small icon being required while those marked with B: need a big one. This is obviously only relevant for people contributing through that specific system though. If you've been updating icons through the revision system, I'll either provide a separate page for you guys or we'll get you added to the renovation project. Thanks again, all of you, for your continued efforts!

So I've been doing that through the revision system (I've done a bunch or so ) am I in the renovation project?

Is it possible to set the script up so that it also detects "incorrect" preview images? I remember seeing a few before that had the old-styled image instead of a proper render.
(EDIT: And there's a bug. Seems it won't upload the big renders by themselves because it's still looking for the icons to be paired with 'em.)

You're not currently. The renovation system uses a system built into the site. Assuming your revisions have all been accepted, I see no reason not to add you to the actual project though.

It detects the old style preview icons as incorrect already so no worries on that count. I did forget about the processing script though. I'll fix that now - should be good within a few minutes.
Edit:
Should be good now. Someone give it a try and let me know. Keep in mind that in order to make this work efficiently, it will no longer mark items as complete automatically but both Dazz and I will run a script to mark them manually every so often so this shouldn't be a huge deal.

Alright folks, we knew it was going to happen - people skipping out on making one of the icons. But we can still get this rocked out and done soon as! We're really going to dominate this now. I'm going to get back in the game and be able to chomp through a bunch of these soon I'm sure. You all rock and I know we've got this covered!

8 games left now! I know that with the recent jump it seems like there's a hell of a lot more work, but honestly I think that we'll get through Brawl quickly once the rest are cleared up. And that's pretty much where all of the additional renders came from.

Great job everyone!

I've finished off Homeworld 2, so there are now only 7 games! Yes!

6 games left, and under 700 icons to go. This is great news, but things have really slowed down! Come on guys, let's do this

I feel like something is a little off with the counter. I did a quick check in the games listed and got 847 icons missing.
