It means that all sheets associated with a specific game have been updated with the new, proper icons.

I'm gonna be nice and try to contribute to the Textures Resource (trying to add textures there myself lol, there's a ton of textures missing that someone has to fill in the blank for), by making an icon for the textures that don't have the proper 148x125 size.
I already made a few updated icons for Mario Kart Wii.
Whenever trying to view comments/post them you can't, because the buttons and links for updating take up the space. Anyway to get commenting back?
Where are you referring to specifically?
On the Models, Textures, Sprites, and Sounds resource, on a game you can comment. However if you have the Icon Renovation tools it replaces the commenting area on those sites.

Right, that's intentional. Comments on games are disabled for people with access to the icon renovation project. The icon renovation adds a form to the page which would wind up enclosing the comment form and breaking both of them so, until the icon renovation is over, people helping out with the project won't be able to comment on games.
You could use a second account, which is not in the icon renovation project.
Alternate accounts are not allowed unless under certain circumstances which you will need permission from staff for.
EDIT: Also I see that alt. you thanked your own post with. I'll leave it up to the admins what to do about it though.

I noticed a lot of the Melee icons in TMR are old style. No work yet?
