Apparently, the guy's got "insider" information. His uncle probably works there or something.
We still don't know what the NX is and it makes me cringe how it's constantly assumed it's Nintendo's next home console. I thought they were clear on the fact that this is neither home nor handheld, but rather a thing by itself. Not replacing, but complementing the Wii U and 3DS.
But we'll gladly take any vague detail we can get just to prove that thinking Nintendo is stupid is not an opinion, but a fact and everyone should accept that.
Except that "Third-Pillar" concept was used for the Nintendo DS when that was introduced. Home Console, Game Boy, Nintendo DS.
Now where's the Game Boy?

Do we not know that? I thought that had been confirmed.

I think it's likely just a lie on Nintendo's part. If they don't say that and people caught on that it'll be the Wii U replacement, then sales for the Wii U would probably literally plummet.
I'm theorizing that Nintendo is inventing a console that works as both a home console and handheld, thus combining their two pillars into one.
How does that work? Not sure.
We're still pretty much in the dark until something's officially announced though. I just think it's stupid to judge Nintendo on the things they may or may not have done.
Sure, it may as well be the next home console or handheld, like the DS, or a hybrid of the two, but that's yet to be confirmed. I can imagine it's just a new home console with certain controller options and getting rid of some, like the Wii U Gamepad, but being labeled as third pillar so people don't expect an "evolution" of the Wii U. Cheaper controller options could make this console compete in price rather than power.
Got my little bro into Heroes of The Storm. He's surprisingly good as a panda version of dora the explorer.
Ugh I try and try and try to promote certain games and none of my friends will listen.
What games? I have a lot of free time.

some people dont like being told constantly about things. the best way to get people interested is by playing the game in their face rather than telling them about it.

NO KOOPAUL FOR THE LAST TIME I WILL NOT PLAY ANYTHING WITH DONKEY KONG IN THE TITLE. DONKEY KONG JUNGLE CLIMBER WAS TERRIBLE. STOP. STOP TELLING ME TO PLAY ANOTHER DONKEY KONG GAME BECAUSE I STILL DONT WANNA
Kinda curious too what games you're "trying to promote". It could just be that you're not really "selling" them all that well especially when their tastes are considerably different than your own, lol
I recently started to play DKCR after I found out I could cheat and play the game with an actual gamepad.
Fuck the controls in that game.
