okay...
you used too much line tool. It makes your sprite look poor. Also, your colors are too much MS Paint-like, there's no hue-shift and anti-aliasing.
Haha, you don't have to put a copyright tag beneath all your sprite sheets. These are pretty good. The first one was lacking in creativity, but the second one looked cool.
They look too stale;
That said, I like the Ice Dragon more than the fire ant.
The fire ant looks lopsided and awkward.
But the Ice Dragon looks jagged where it shouldn't be.
These don't look in style.
Which doesn't even properlyexist, what with being a mix of two different styles, but you should get my point. The fire ant should probably have less colours, and you need to make better use fo your space. May I suggest a heavy edit so you can get the shades right?
The colors on the ice dragon are terrible and ms-paint like. Use the pallete from ice types.
articuno and regice's palettes should work well
also make sure your light source is correct. It always comes from the upper left on pokemon sprites. no exceptions.
btw I actually like the ice dragon but it looks too... geometric, I guess. I dunno.
also I hate the fire ant but w/e
Oddball where doesnt the Dragon look right? head? tail? wings?
Drei. Any tips or advice on how to make it more pokemon style?
Thanks for the feedback guys, I really appreciate it.

Ya. I think you need more practice scratching psirtes. A heavy edit can help you stay within the style until you get the hand out it.
