After making sprites of chi chi for a long while I'm in the mood for something else than dbz, like sonic. So I made some edits of blaze the cat to make this idle animation based on sonic rush.
Blaze is throwing a soll emerald here and it's based on the animation from sonic rush.
The chi chi sprite project continues once again!
I was going to test chi chi's walk animation with bulma to know how the legs look like without the dress in the way. The legs looked way to noodle-ish for me, so I decided to make a new walk animation. I also changed chi chi's scarf, the laces from chi chi's boots are a pixel lower now, and I made Bulma and chi chi's belt's thinner. The color pallete looked a little bit pale so I was experimenting with the hue and saturation too.
I wasn't happy anymore with the current running animation and the legs were apparantly shorter in that animation. So I made a new running animation and here's the result.

Looking good! It's much smoother!
That definetly looks a lot better than the old one. Keep it up!
Thanks Ton and Snessy! The power of repetition really does help.
Lately I have spend more time on drawing than making sprites so I guess this has become more of an on-off project now. Anyway here's a walking animation with chi chi again while using the bulma walk animation as a template.

The face looks much better!
I actually already changed the side view face a while ago but the walk animation was the last one that still had the old face.
I wanted to make a sprite of goku so here's kakarot.
I changed goku's hair since I actually prefer it without shading.
Keep up the good work. They look great so far.
This is actually pretty good. Nice job!
I do want to note that her treading water animation looks kind of stiff. Needs a little more arm movement since as it looks currently it wouldn’t keep her above the surface very effectively (Tikal on the water becomes Ti-fall under the water, HAH HEH HOH)
Thank you very much!
I tried to change the arms, I think the treading water animation is better now.
