...Man, I can't even begin to describe how this amuses me. Just... Think about it. Rilla Roo. Who basically existed as a counter for another character (Dingodile) in a spin-off party game. Like THAT'S IT. THAT'S HIS ENTIRE CHARACTER.
And now he's one of the newcomers for this Grand Prix. Just... wow. Amazing.
I can only imagine the collective surprise from the fanbase when this was officially revealed. All those reactions ranging from "Wait who?" to "HOLY CRAP I REMEMBER THIS DUDE" to "Wow they really doin' their homework" and junk.
No wonder this game won awards
My overall take on Byleth in Smash Wrote:When you know people on the internet might have a point with their collective... well, general insanity about this, yet the way they go about it is more than enough to make you just not give a flyin' fahrenheit.
...I imagine this might count as what kids today call a "hot take", or something... still, for real, internet. Consider investing in some chill pills already.
...And besides, we still got a second wave comin' if memory serves. So
your favorites still have a chance to make it.

Everything here.
May your heart be your Galdin Quay. Or something like that.
I see Davy Jones, I rejoice.
I will never be able to express my gratitude for the KH3 voices. If you have an idea, RTB, PVT me.

No, it's considered cutscene foley, and a lot of those kinds of sound files in KH3 are mixed together in such a way that it's difficult / impossible to isolate sounds like the Gummiphone's without another sound overlapping it (for instance, the one sound file which has the majority of it,
gm155_cut070_3169, has several cloth-rustling sounds that can't be separated from it).
