Arthur would probably be easy to transition, dub him Lance Knight and lower the face plate. Samus might be a bit tougher than it sounds at first, since I wouldn't want to make her just another Cannon Knight. Playing around with the Morph Ball and her jump flips might be fun though.
I did think about doing more but couldn't think of any good ideas that'd be fun to explore. I hadn't thought of Arthur yet though, I'll probably tackle him next.
