Hi anione can help my convert .lwo to .obj & .mtl.
I foun some ways to convert .lwo to .obj but i can not loading textures to the new .obj file

What kind of games use .lwo, and could you post an example file for us to look at?

.lwo is a lightwave object from what I understand. and I think that Blender has the ability to import that file format.

About blender I have read in several forums. Do I need a plug in?
I can not import a .lwo file

You have to go into the user settings and check a few boxes.
But no you don't need a plugin as it comes bundled with blender on install.
Edit also this appears to be the collision model

edit edit just read the file name colt45_collision.lwo
You've got the wrong model there :V
