I know a little about ripping models from PSP games, but I know that JPCSP can be used to rip models in OBJ format.
becuz it has a built in model ripper in OBJ.
maybe it may help you ripping models from every PSP game, but it depends if the emulator supports that game or not.
-the advantage-
you can rip anything from any 3D game as well as it's textures, even I used it with Invizimals (Although only on the first game, becuz the second or third doesn't support saves and everytime I use those saves, those become corrupted after failing to load)
-The disadvantage-
as I said before, those are ripped in OBJ so you may need to rig them by yourself if you want the models to be rigged.
(I recomend using Cinema 4D for the rigging, becuz on high poly models, you can use a Mesh deformer to move the entire part of the model instead of having to modify EVERY vertex weight, but it's just my opinion)
